A: The FRESHPOPTM units do not require a special kind of popcorn. The best product will result with popcorn that is fresh and theater quality with a large expansion ratio suitable for air popping.

The FRESHPOPTM PC727 uses a canola oil based buttery topping similar to what is used in the movie theaters as well as regular fine ground salt or butter flavored flavasol. All these supplies are locally available at concession suppliers or popcorn wholesalers.

Q: How long before I receive my FRESHPOPTM after ordering?
A: In most cases you can expect your FRESHPOPTM machine to be shipped in one to two weeks after placing your order.

A: Under normal conditions the FRESHPOPTM should start popping the corn in 45-60 seconds.

A: If you wish, you may order an extra popping chamber as this is the component that does most of the work in your machine. Should you have a technical problem with this component, a new one can be installed in less than 1 minute. Otherwise most other parts can be shipped in 2-3 business days.
